Policy It
is our policy for each patient to see one Dentist on a continuing basis for routine
treatment and for the patient to choose the Dentist of their choice as long as
he is accepting new patients. You may need to see another Dentist if you require
emergency treatment. Charges
A
list of current Private and NHS charges is displayed in the waiting room, together
with a list of the categories of patients who are likely to be exempt dental charges.
Charges for treatment are require to be paid during or on the completion of treatment. There are no credit arrangements. A charge
is always rendered for missed appointments or late cancellation. Payments by Switch and credit cards are accepted at the Practice.
We encourage patients to have regular check-ups and in particular patients under
18. Your Dentist will advise you on how frequently you should attend for a routine inspection and/or scaling. Recall
reminders are sent out for all patients. Please inform reception of any change of name or address.
Reception
staff Please
be sympathetic with our reception staff who have a very difficult job to balance
the demands of patient needs each day. If you are kept waiting we try to inform
you, please be patient, there is usually a good reason.
