If
you require urgent treatment please contact us as near to 9am as possible.
Please
help our reception staff by stating clearly which dentist you normally see, whether
you are a Private or NHS patient (or new to the practice). Also whether the patient
has any serious medical conditions. If you are traveling from outside the North
of the Island please let us know so we can try and provide extra time to make
your journey worthwhile.The
large majority of patients over 18 years are seen on a private basis.
Please
phone reception to find out our practice protocol for accepting new or non registered
patients.Because
of the severe time constraints we work under, all missed appointments or late
cancellations will be charged for this includes NHS patients who are normally
exempt charges.
Please
always bring your appointment card to the practice on every visit. |
